Welcome to Intyma. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Intyma Labs (“Intyma”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Intyma website, apps and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & age requirement
The Service contains sexually explicit, AI-generated adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
3. The AI companions
Intyma provides fictional, AI-generated characters for entertainment and companionship. They are not real people. Every character depicted — whether from our roster or created by you — is a fictional adult aged 18 or older. AI responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Content Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In particular you must never use the Service to generate, request, or share any content that sexualizes minors, real identifiable people without consent, non-consensual acts, or anything illegal. Violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
5. Payments, tokens & subscriptions
Premium plans and token packs are billed through our payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Tokens are a limited license to use Service features, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law, payments and consumed tokens are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
6. User content & license
“User Content” means the prompts, descriptions, images and messages you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Intyma a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, characters and branding, is owned by Intyma and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated output will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intyma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Content Policy, or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
