Your privacy matters — especially on an intimate platform like Intyma. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to Intyma Labs (“Intyma”) and the Intyma website and apps.
1. Information we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Usage & content: the messages, prompts, characters and generated media you create through the Service.
Billing data: handled by our payment processors — we store subscription status and token balances, not full card numbers.
Technical data: device, browser, approximate location (from IP) and cookies, as described below.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to operate your account, generate and deliver AI responses and media, remember your companions and conversation history, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations (including age and content safeguards), and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
Your prompts and messages are processed by our self-hosted AI models to generate responses, images, audio and video. Conversation history and memories are stored so your companion stays consistent across sessions. You can delete individual chats or your entire account at any time.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and secure, and — only with your consent — optional analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage your choice through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Declining optional cookies does not affect core functionality.
5. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run Intyma — such as cloud hosting, database, and payment processors — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account we remove your personal data and generated content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@intyma.ai. You may also delete your account directly from your profile settings.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and self-hosted model infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
9. Children
The Service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has used the Service, we delete the account and associated data.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
