Intyma is an adult platform, and we allow a wide range of consensual adult content between fictional characters. That freedom comes with firm limits. This Content Policy explains what is and is not allowed. It applies to everything you generate, request, or share on the Service, and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Everyone is a fictional adult
All AI characters on Intyma are fictional and depicted as adults aged 18 or older. You may not create, request, or attempt to elicit content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes minors in any way — this includes “age play” framing, childlike characteristics, or school settings intended to imply minors. This is our single most important rule and there are zero exceptions.
2. Zero tolerance — strictly prohibited
The following are never permitted and result in immediate termination:
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional (CSAM), including suggestive depictions or age-regression.
- Content depicting real, identifiable people — including celebrities, private individuals, or uploaded photos of real people — in a sexual or defamatory context without consent (non-consensual intimate imagery, “deepfakes”).
- Non-consensual sexual acts, including rape and incapacitation.
- Sexual content involving animals, or realistic depictions of extreme gore, torture, or death.
- Content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of any person.
- Incest, and content sexualizing family relationships between characters presented as related.
3. Uploaded images
If a feature lets you upload a reference image, you may only upload images you own the rights to and that depict fictional or consenting adult subjects. Never upload photos of real people (including yourself alongside others) to generate sexual content of them without their explicit consent, and never upload images of anyone who is or appears to be a minor.
4. Respecting the Service & others
Do not attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, or bypass our safety systems; scrape or resell generated content commercially; harass our staff; or use the Service to harm others. Automated or bulk abuse of generation features is prohibited.
5. Enforcement
We use automated and human review to enforce this Policy. Depending on severity we may block a prompt, remove content, suspend features, or permanently terminate your account. We report child sexual abuse material and credible threats to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
6. Reporting
If you encounter content that violates this Policy, report it to abuse@intyma.ai. We review every report and act quickly. Reports concerning minors are prioritized and escalated immediately.
